Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zuora Billing & Revenue Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support, enhance, and optimize our Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Subscription Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Zuora Workflows, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Development, and integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Design and support:
  • Product Catalog
  • Product Rate Plans & Charges
  • Subscriptions and Amendments
  • Invoicing, Credits, and Adjustments
  • Revenue Recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
  • Revenue Contracts and POB Management
• Support month-end revenue close activities and revenue troubleshooting.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define scalable subscription and revenue solutions.

Technical Responsibilities

• Configure and develop solutions using:
  • Zuora Billing
  • Zuora Revenue (RevPro)
  • Zuora CPQ / Quotes
  • Zuora Workflow
• Build and maintain automation workflows for:
  • Subscription lifecycle management
  • Billing processes
  • Revenue processing
  • Data synchronization
• Develop Salesforce customizations using:
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Apex Classes
  • Apex Triggers
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Lightning Framework
• Design and develop integrations using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
• Perform root cause analysis and production support for billing and revenue issues.
• Create technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans.

Required Skills & Experience

Zuora Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in Zuora Billing and Subscription Management.
• 1+ years of experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
• Strong understanding of:
  • Revenue Contracts
  • POB Templates
  • SSP
  • Accounting Rules
  • Revenue Release Methods
  • Revenue Schedules
  • Journal Entries
  • ASC 606 Compliance

Salesforce Development

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Apex Development
  • Visualforce (preferred)
  • Salesforce Integration Patterns
  • Custom Metadata and Custom Settings

Zuora Workflow

• Experience creating and supporting:
  • Scheduled Workflows
  • Callout Tasks
  • Decision Logic
  • Data Query Tasks
  • Notification Automation
  • Error Handling Workflows

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL expertise.
• API development and troubleshooting.
• JSON/XML handling.
• Data migration and reconciliation.
• Git and CI/CD experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zuora Billing Certification.
• Zuora Revenue Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Financials.
• Experience supporting large-scale subscription and revenue transformation programs.

This profile would fit a level resource capable of independently handling NCR Atleos' Zuora Billing, Revenue, Workflow, Salesforce LWC, and Apex development requirements and have mid-level Zuora Billing & Revenue consultant (3–5 years)
