Why I built this

I got laid off from a job board.
Then I built ApplyAll.

I was a PM at Indeed when I got laid off along with 1,500 others. Yes, from a job board. The irony is not lost on me.

But I had a front-row seat to brilliant former coworkers who couldn't get a single interview despite doing "all the right things," and I knew the system was broken from the inside.

ApplyAll is what I wished existed: a tool that actually works for the candidate, not the platform. We've delivered interviews and offers for 4,000+ jobseekers.

How it works

Automation for the grunt work. Human judgment for the parts that matter.

01

Tell us what you want

Upload your resume and share your target roles, locations, salary requirements, work authorization, and any companies to avoid.

02

We find the best jobs for you

ApplyAll crawls over 50,000 companies' official career pages every day, then ranks matches by the probability you'll receive an interview.

03

Humans verify applications

Real people check salary, location, role fit, and application details before anything goes out under your name.

04

You focus on interviews

While ApplyAll does the grunt work for you, interview requests and application confirmations arrive in your inbox.

Try the job application bot built for interviews.

If you don't get at least 1 relevant interview within 1 month of application completion, we'll refund your entire payment. No joke.

Why ApplyAll

Get hired, as fast as possible.

Most job application bots optimize for pure volume. ApplyAll optimizes for the outcome you actually want: real interviews with real employers for jobs you actually want.

Get more interviews

The average person needs 50–100 applications just to land one interview. Applying by hand feels like a second full-time job.

ApplyAll finds and ranks roles by interview probability, then submits carefully reviewed applications on your behalf. Customers regularly report interview volume they couldn't create alone, like going from zero interviews to six in a week.

LinkedIn message saying ApplyAll landed six interviews in one week receipt-03-bkint-4.png: Product Manager @ [redacted] | Data, AI, SaaS, PaaS. LinkedIn message from [redacted] (He/Him), 12:24 PM. We can only hope. Started interviewing with the companies ApplyAll landed. Best part, no presentation interviews so far (thank god). I have 6 different companies I've been asked to interview with or started interviews with since Monday of last week. I went from 0 interviews on deck to 6 in one week, which feels crazy. 3 of the 6 came directly from ApplyAll, 1 came from applying More Jobs section from the search, and the other two were inbound/warm leads. But such a huge difference in one week and has really upped my confidence. I'm feeling optimistic, and hopefully I can get multiple offers so I can negotiate more aggressively!

Be the first in line for your dream job

We crawl over 50,000 company career pages every day for newly posted roles that match your criteria.

The sooner you apply, the better your chances of getting an interview. ApplyAll surfaces relevant openings as they appear, so you stay early in the applicant pool without living on job boards.

Email from Mollie sharing an offer above the posted range screenshot-15.png: Good news! Mollie [redacted]. 1 Jun, 11:09 AM. Hey Tal!! Great news - I got the [redacted] offer yesterday afternoon! They offered me 88K right away (3K ABOVE the posted range - I was psyched!) + 5% annual bonus for Associate PM. It checked every box I was looking for and I'm thrilled :) June 10th start date, will post on LinkedIn (with a huge thank-you to you and ApplyAll of course!) once background check and everything clears next week! Let me know if there's anything I can do for you as far as testimonials or reviews! I would've never found this role without ApplyAll, let alone gotten it without your coaching :) Hope you have a great weekend!

Apply only to jobs you'd actually want

Set your titles, locations, salary floor, work authorization, and company blocklist. We only apply where those filters and your qualifications all say yes.

Real people verify salary, location, and role fit before anything goes out under your name. Applications stay accurate, targeted, and free of the generic AI answers recruiters reject on sight.

Phone notifications from a customer comparing ApplyAll to AI services receipt-09-group-33-1.png: Outside of some minor issues this service is 10x better than the AI ones. Otherwise, looks I have an interview request already. In addition, I specified Data Engineer II position and I'm getting lots of rejections from senior data engineer positions. Can you remove that from my preferred titles?

Get your time back

Searching, filtering, and filling the same forms over and over is a second full-time job. You're already an expert at your job, you don't need to be an expert at job searching too.

Hand that grunt work to ApplyAll and spend your hours on interviews, networking, and the parts of the search only you can do.

LinkedIn post from Anna Wozniewicz about ApplyAll job search results screenshot-14.png: Anna Wozniewicz. 1st. Product Manager | Climate Tech | EV Charging | Regenerative Ag & Seaw... 9h. When I was laid off in March, I knew the job search would be a marathon. What I didn't expect was finding a tool that would transform my entire approach: ApplyAll. Snapshot from the last 4 months using ApplyAll: 711 job applications sent. 6 companies interviewed. Roughly 1 interview per 118 applications. Applying to jobs can feel like a full-time job in itself. This tool helped me: Reclaim hours of my life. Reduce application fatigue. Create space to upskill and invest in personal development. Focus on high-value activities like meaningful networking and interview preparation. A quick reminder: the "sheer volume" approach to job applications still works. But let's be real - you shouldn't have to go through this grueling process alone. Technology like ApplyAll can be a game-changer in making this journey more manageable. I'm not affiliated with ApplyAll. I'm just a job seeker who found something that genuinely made my job hunt more bearable. In a process that can be mentally draining, anything that gives you back time and energy is worth sharing. For anyone feeling overwhelmed by job applications, especially during a long job search, this might just be the lifeline you need. Check it out here:

Apply with confidence

We exclusively apply on official company career pages — not scraped aggregators full of stale or fake listings.

Every submission gets human review, so applications look like they came from a thoughtful candidate (because they do). And if you don't get a qualifying interview within 30 days of completion, you get a full refund.

Email from Mark praising ApplyAll's human element screenshot-26.png: Mark [redacted] to Emma from ApplyAll. Hello Apply All Team! Thanks for all the services you've provided these past few months. I recently accepted an offer and am asking if we could pause my auto-applications. I think it was one of your apps! It's with a company called [redacted]. An awesome opportunity on the high end of my earning target range. Thank you again! You guys are killing it. And I appreciate such a human element with your service that's rooted in automation. You guys rock. Have a great week ahead helping others! Mark [redacted]. Sent from my iPhone. 3d.
Job application bot FAQ

Things you're probably wondering.

Is ApplyAll a job application bot?

ApplyAll gives you the scale people want from a job application bot, but with humans in the loop. We use software to find and rank relevant jobs, then a combinatino of AI bots and real people verify and submit applications so they come off as resoundingly human.

Will a bot-submitted application hurt my chances?

It can if the application looks generic, inaccurate, or low-effort. That's why our goal isn't to just check the box and apply you to jobs as quickly as possible. Our goal is to get you as many interviews as we can. ApplyAll customers report not only getting more interviews vs other job application bots, but even more interviews than applying by themselves manually to the same number of jobs.

How do you handle application questions?

We skip applications with open-ended questions like "Tell us about a time..." unless we can give an accurate and complete answer with the information on your resume. Recruiters are allergic to answers that are obviously generic, low-effort AI from ChatGPT, and will often reject candidates just for that. You will get a complete list of any jobs we skipped so you can still apply manually if you want.

How fast do applications go out?

First applications go out within 24 hours of completing onboarding. We aim for 10-20 a day and usually wrap within 1-2 weeks, depending on how many open roles fit your criteria, qualifications, location, salary, and role type.

What counts as an interview for the guarantee?

Our definition of an interview is a first-round phone call or video interview with someone who works directly for the hiring company. Only real interviews with a real person count. We do not count automated assessments or recruiter pre-screenings as interviews. If you don't get a qualifying interview within 30 days of application completion, you qualify for a full refund.

Not a spam bot

ApplyAll users get more interviews vs applying manually

Most job application bots optimize for volume. ApplyAll optimizes for interviews and offers. We only apply to jobs where you have a good chance of getting an interview, and we don't send obviously generic answers that make recruiters reject candidates before a human conversation ever happens.

You get your time back, but the applications still look like they came from a thoughtful, qualified human. Real humans verify every application matches your criteria for salary, location, role fit, and check submissions for accuracy.
