In der Position als Zollverantwortlicher (w/m/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Funktion im Bereich Zoll- und Trade Compliance. Sie berichten in dieser Position an unseren Supervisor Planning am Standort in Bremerhaven.
Über die Position:
Eigenständige Abwicklung von Import- und Exportprozessen, einschließlich der Erstellung und Prüfung von Ein- und Ausfuhranmeldungen sowie Tarifierungen
Sorgfältige Erstellung, Prüfung und Archivierung zollrelevanter Dokumente und Datensätze
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten im System
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Verwaltung von Compliance-Richtlinien, Prozessen, Verfahren und Schulungsunterlagen
Analyse interner und externer Warenströme zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Ableitung passender Maßnahmen
Mitwirkung bei internen und externen Audits, insbesondere im Kontext der AEO-Zertifizierung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Zollagenten zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben
Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Dienstleistern sowie Behörden
Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Compliance-Reports und Kennzahlen für das Management sowie den EMEA Trade Compliance Specialist
Über Sie:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskaufmann/-frau, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in internationaler Logistik, Zollabwicklung und Trade Compliance
Sicherer Umgang mit ATLAS sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ausgeprägte Fachkompetenz und prozessorientierte Denkweise
Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
Analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zusammenhänge
Hohes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
