Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP PP HANA Solution Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Pune, or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and hands-on experience in architecting SAP S/4HANA solutions. The role demands a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, ability to design end-to-end PP solutions, and the capability to lead digital transformation engagements across global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement SAP PP solutions on the S/4HANA platform aligned with business requirements.

Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning (Discrete & Process Manufacturing) and adjacent modules (e.g., MM, QM, PM).

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for PP-related business processes including MRP, shop floor control, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution.

Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and define To-Be process designs in line with industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, MM, QM) to deliver integrated solutions.

Work with clients to define roadmap, strategy, and deployment plan for PP in greenfield or brownfield implementations.

Provide guidance and governance across multiple SAP implementations or rollouts.

Prepare and validate solution documentation, design specifications, and test strategies.

Support presales efforts through solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) including 3+ years as a Solution Architect.

Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in a Solution Architect role.

Strong understanding of SAP PP Master Data, MRP, Work Center, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Process Orders, Shop Floor Control.

Hands-on experience with SAP HANA functionalities like predictive MRP, embedded analytics, and Fiori apps.

Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, WM, QM, PM.

Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Hybrid project delivery.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to work with business users, gather requirements, and translate them into technical design.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP PP or S/4HANA certification.

Manufacturing industry domain experience (discrete/process industries).

Experience in global template design and rollouts.

Familiarity with tools like Signavio, Solution Manager, ARIS, or similar.
