About the Role

The GTM Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing teams in the US market. This position requires a strategic mindset and a passion for connecting with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hiring GTM in Technology from a US based company. Sales and Marketing hiring in Software, Hardware and Security technology companies.
• Willing to work US hours M-F

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as a recruiter, preferably in the finance or related sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Willing to work remotely and US hours from Monday to Friday.
