GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a creative and motivated YouTube Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies specifically for our YouTube channel. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging video content, optimizing existing videos for SEO, and driving viewer engagement and subscriptions.

You will work closely with our content creators to brainstorm ideas for new video concepts and campaigns, analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand goals. Requirements

• Proven experience in YouTube marketing or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, video SEO, and audience engagement tactics
• Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Familiarity with video editing software and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred
