Young Children/youth Soccer Coach

At Super Soccer Stars, we use soccer as a tool to teach life skills, build confidence, and encourage teamwork in a fun, positive environment. Our mission is to help children develop physically, socially, and emotionally through the joy of the game. We bring high-quality, HIGH ENERGY,age-appropriate soccer instruction to schools, parks, and community centers.

Requirements

As a Youth Soccer Coach, you’ll inspire young players while delivering fun, energized, structured sessions that promote both skill and character development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Fostering a love for the game by creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued.
• Managing small groups of children and maintaining a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment.
• Encouraging personal growth and life skills such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer activities.
• Acting as a positive role model for players, promoting good sportsmanship on and off the field.
• Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and program partners.
