Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and meticulously organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Guide and lead team members, build up a statistical mentality and sophisticated methodology to deliver high quality conclusion.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns. Develop and implement statistical models.

• Collaborate with teams to support data-driven decision making.

• Stay updated on advancements in statistical methods and technologies and incorporate them into our practices as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in statistical analysis, preferably in semiconductortechnology industries.

• Proven track record in statistical analysis and data modeling, preferably in a professional or academic setting.

• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.

• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
