Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Semiconductor process flow and CMOS device understanding (了解半導體製程和CMOS元件)

• Wafer test flow, yield analysis, data mining (晶圓測試的流程及良率測試與資料分析)

• Yield enhancement and process improvement (晶圓良率提升與製程改善)

• To understand electrical failure analysis & Physical failure analysis skill and test tool knowledge (了解電性及物性故障分析技巧和測試工具原理)

• Through fail analysis to infer the failure mode for process improvement (通過失效分析推斷失效模式進行流程改進)

• Product grade and module DPM analysis and drive for process improvement. (產品等級區分及分析與製程改善)

• Process and Product reliability management and monitor (製程及產品的可靠度分析)

• Electrical parameter analysis (PARAM) and program set up (晶圓電性檢測及程式的建立)

• Deviation material management and problem solving. (偏差材料管理和解決問題的能力)

• Improving manufacturing processes for productivity enhancement and cycle reduction by automation system (自動化系統改進製造流程以提高生產力和縮短週期)

• Having Data Scientist skills for extracting valuable information from an organized data set (擁有從有組織的數據集中提取有價值信息的數據科學家技能)

• Performing research and development on emerging technologies to support cutting edge semiconductor processes (對支持尖端半導體製程的新興技術進行研發)

• Maintaining good communication with the Micron organization and with all customers throughout the company (與美光組織和整個公司的所有客戶保持良好的溝通)
