Position Summary: 

Summary: We are hiring a Global Configuration Lead (x-one) to bridge the gap between global IT product development and local market deployment. You will own the technical impact analysis, sandbox management, and cross-functional orchestration to ensure our global Salesforce and CMS core solutions seamlessly adapt to local market and compliance requirements.

Important Note: This is an Internal Governance, Architecture, and Configuration role. It is NOT a software engineering/hard-core coding position, nor is it a functional market-facing training role.

Working Conditions

• Location: Netherlands or CET timezone - fulltime 

• Travel Requirements: Occasional global travel may be required to work hands-on with local market teams during early-stage rollouts.

What critical problem will this hire solve?

As Randstad consolidates its digital capabilities into the x-one ecosystem, our global functional product changes frequently collide with diverse local compliance and legislative rules. While Jose and Anna focus on functional, market-facing workshops, you will be the internal technical engine. You will perform technical impact analysis from the product side, configure dependencies on-platform, manage sandbox environments, and connect the dots horizontally across 12 separate vertical IT leads.

What will you achieve in this role?

• Architect Configuration Safeguards: Dissect complex technical/functional documentation from Product Owners and translate them into standardized, practical configuration structures.

• Manage Sandbox & Deployments: Own the technical blueprint and execute configurations for complex Salesforce environments and CMS-driven portals.

• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Dots: Act as the "interpreter" between global compliance (data protection, legal, security) and vertical product teams, ensuring critical safety guardrails flow naturally down to local market peers.

What do you need to succeed? 

• Salesforce or CMS Mastery: Deep experience working directly on-platform as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce certifications are a major plus) OR hands-on mastery of software configuration via enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).

• Systems Architecture & PM Balance: 7–10 years of experience in global enterprise systems architecture, configuration governance, or large-scale IT process/project management.

• Modern Collaboration Tooling: High proficiency navigating Agile methodologies via Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.

• Interpersonal Translation: Strong stakeholder management skills to confidently push back on, guide, or align senior leaders across siloed business segments.
