About the Role: Workplace Experience Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Workplace Experience Manager to create an engaging workplace environment for our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the physical office space, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring operational efficiency across our facility.

Your Mission:

Workplace Environment & Experience

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office space, including maintenance, cleaning, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and execute programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, with initiatives that reflect our commitment to employee well-being.
  • Plan and manage launch events, employee gatherings, and engagement activities to help build community within the new space.

Employee Support & Resource Management

  • Act as a primary resource for employee inquiries related to the new workplace and facility resources.
  • Facilitate onboarding and workspace set-up for new team members, providing a warm welcome to the new location.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, kitchen essentials, and any other resources to keep the office running smoothly.

Space Planning & Optimization

  • Monitor office usage patterns to adjust layouts and resources as the team grows and needs evolve.
  • Establish and manage seating arrangements, reservation systems, and collaboration spaces that maximize productivity.
  • Work with IT to implement up-to-date technology infrastructure that supports connectivity and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and other stakeholders to ensure the office meets all regulatory and safety standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, particularly around office setup and expansion phases.
  • Proficiency with workplace management software and MS Office Suite; experience with space planning software is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solver passionate about crafting a vibrant and efficient workplace from scratch.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities, or a similar role, with experience launching a new space being a strong advantage.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Base Pay Range
$70,000$90,000 USD
