At Aurecon, we are optimistic about the future. We are thinkers, solvers, and collaborators who work with our clients to deliver the infrastructure and assets that strengthen communities and create a sustainable future.
What you’ll do
Do you love creating memorable experiences, bringing people together, and making things run seamlessly behind the scenes?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our NSW/ACT Workplace team and help shape exceptional workplace experiences across our Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra offices.
Based in our modern North Sydney office, directly opposite North Sydney Station, you'll be at the centre of the action. From welcoming clients and visitors with a world-class front-of-house experience to managing workplace events, enhancing employee experiences, and keeping operations running smoothly, no two days will look the same.
If you're someone who thrives on connecting with people, solving problems, creating great experiences and making workplaces feel vibrant and welcoming, we'd love to hear from you.
Your role will include:
You'll be the go-to person for creating a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of.
Deliver a warm, professional and consistent front-of-house experience for employees, clients and visitors.
Lead the end-to-end coordinator of workplace events, activations, meetings and celebrations, including ownership of the Workplace Calendar and the scheduling of team support
Champion our workplace hospitality offering, including catering and barista services.
Act as a key point of contact for workplace services and support.
Assist with health, safety and compliance processes.
Make this role your own! We want you to use feedback, insights and data to identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience and operations.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for someone who combines a passion for people with a talent for getting things done.
You'll bring:
Experience in customer service, workplace experience, hospitality, concierge, events or a similar people-focused environment
A genuine passion for creating welcoming, engaging and memorable experiences
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
Experience coordinating events, activations or hospitality services (highly regarded)
Exposure to facilities, workplace operations or compliance activities (advantageous, but not essential)
Confidence using workplace technology, booking systems and collaboration tools
Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable style
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
How we support your growth
We believe your career should be a rewarding adventure. You will tackle some of the world’s most complex infrastructure challenges, in an environment that supports your ambitions, where we hold ourselves, and each other, to the highest standards. Recognised by the AFR as a Best Place to Work in 2026, we embrace diverse perspectives, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact.
