Support a global Customer Service team responsible for order fulfillment across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process

Contribute to daily operations, including order processing, claims management, master data maintenance, and the preparation of key figures for internal reporting

Coordinate and communicate with external distributors, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of commercial agreements

Drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes within the international distributor business, always maintaining a strong customer focus

Currently enrolled at a university, ideally with initial experience gained as a working student in an industrial environment

Thrives in a dynamic and agile environment, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines while demonstrating a high level of commitment and ownership

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and responsibly

Fluent in German and English, enabling effective communication with international internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage

A proactive and collaborative team player with a keen interest in gaining experience in the international distribution of Vileda products
