Job Description
- Keep the overview: You support with the monthly reporting by gathering the information from stakeholders and distributing it in the systems (Excel or iShare, online database)
- Focus on the future: You assist in digitalization of reports with Tableau and SAP updating them on monthly basis
- Stakeholder management: You coordinate and report on investment-related topics within the department, ensuring effective communication and alignment with key stakeholders, including internal teams and management
- Teamwork is dreamwork: You take-over small additional tasks, e.g. improving/creating the presentations, updating the communication and learning material
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently studying business administration/information technology or similar
- Experience: You already gained some experience in Excel and PowerPoint, being able to try out new concepts and thinking out of the box
- Way of working: You are supportive and reliable, meeting the set goals and deadlines with self-motivated and autonomous working style
- Skills: You possess very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel. Programming skills as well as SAP knowledge are beneficial, and the ability to take initiative in learning and working with new tools is necessary
- Language skills: You have good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
