Job Description

• Keep the overview: You will assist with organizing, updating and maintaining development of sample inventory, to make sure the accurate tracking and availability of critical components
• Data is everything: You will support database management, by collecting, cleaning, storing and analyzing organizational data
• Keep up to date: You will create and maintain internal documentation, such as workflows, processes, guidelines and other
• Experience project management: You will support in the sustenance of planning templates, step of plan skeletons and maintenance of project plans
• Reliable work: You will create reporting templates and status reports

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar
• Experience: You have previous experience with Microsoft office tools, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Technical Skills: You have knowledge on Atlassian Jira, Confluence, MS Project and JQL (preferred); You also have a good knowledge of Well-founded abstractions and data visualization
• Soft Skills: You have very good communication and interaction skills, specially with intercultural team
• Way of working: You are open minded and eager to conquer new fields of knowledge
• Language skills: You have good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
