Working Student, Partner Operations

🏆 What's the opportunity?

You will solve real problems for our airline partners every day, and grow from straightforward problem solving into deeper investigations and process improvements over time. You will join Partner Ops, the team that keeps our airline partners running smoothly on the platform. It is a hands-on role from day one, with support and guidance as you find your feet.

🌍 This role is fully remote, anywhere in Portugal, and flexible around your studies. You will need to be enrolled at a Portuguese university. Our culture is positive, diverse, hard-working, feedback-heavy, and does not take itself too seriously.

🎬 A snapshot of what you'll be doing

• Handle incoming partner requests - investigate them, make the change, and resolve them within our service targets, with guidance as you learn.

• Use and help improve our internal tools to solve problems faster.

• Dig into data to work out what is going on when something looks off.

• Grow into bigger problem solving and automation as you build confidence.
  

🛠 What you'll need

• You are enrolled at a Portuguese university and can work 20 hours per week alongside your studies.

• You think in a structured way and can walk someone through your reasoning.

• You communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.

• You are curious about AI and already reach for it, or are keen to start.

• You are reliable and pay attention to detail.

Bonus points:

• Any experience with support or ticketing tools, spreadsheets and data, or tinkering with automation or code.
