Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the setup and further development of our marketing and communications systems (e.g., website, Emarsys, Matomo)
  • Maintaining, updating, and optimizing website content, as well as creating landing pages
  • Ensuring high data quality through maintenance, structuring, and quality assurance in marketing tools
  • Assisting with the creation of reports and the analysis of relevant marketing metrics
  • Supporting research, content creation, and content maintenance for marketing and internal communication initiatives
  • Image editing and contributing to the implementation of marketing, branding, and digital projects
  • Supporting the implementation and further development of digital marketing tools and processes (e.g., translation management)

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student majoring in marketing, media, economics, or a related field
  • Interest in digital marketing processes, digital systems, and data management
  • Previous experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • A structured and meticulous approach to work, as well as a high degree of initiative
  • Very good written and spoken English; German language minimum B2 level
