Working Student (m/f/d) Project Management

Would you like to take a look behind the scenes of Project Portfolio Management and gain practical experience in an international healthcare company? Then support our team starting in September for 12 month. The Global Infrastructure organization delivers IT infrastructure in one global, business-oriented environment which takes care of local business requirements. Global teams take over end-to-end responsibility on a product basis. Global Infrastructure is one functional organization which puts local experts in global positions, sharing their knowledge. Be part of our team and gain experience in varied tasks in global projects of the global infrastructure.

Your tasks

• You will support our project management with the tracking of work packages and the preparation and creation of reports and presentations in the respective tools (PowerPoint, SAP, E-mail, Teams, Excel)

• You will structure and manage tasks in parallel projects

• The preparation and participation in presence and video-meetings including moderation or creating of meeting minutes will also be part of your tasks

• Even more: You will communicate via chat and e-mail with those involved in the projects to document and coordinate work results

• In addition you can actively support our team by the creation and maintenance of project documentation

Your profile

• Currently full-time studies in media, communication, business administration, finance or IT

• Technical affinity and willingness to familiarize yourself with IT topics

• Experience with project tools (MS-Project, MindManager) are advantageous

• Good knowledge and skills in dealing with the Microsoft 365 package

• Very good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)

• Intercultural competence and talent for diplomacy

• Independent, reliable way of working

• Structured work and organizational talent

• Efficient time management

• Keep calm even in stressful situations

• Enthusiastic team player in a constantly changing subject and field of activity
