Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ongoing projects and operational tasks under supervision, applying academic knowledge to practical challenges

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and support data analysis or documentation as required by the department

  • Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and solutions for process improvements or project deliverables

  • Comply with HSE, quality, and data-protection standards; follow documented work instructions

  • Participate in onboarding and relevant training sessions (e.g., IT tools, safety guidelines)

  • Maintain accurate records of working student activities for internal reporting and academic validation

  • Prepare presentations or summaries of work outcomes for stakeholders or academic requirements

Qualifications:

  • Student with technical aptitude and an interest in lab work (all fields of study)
  • Some practical lab experience is preferred
  • Proactive, independent, and conscientious work ethic, as well as strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to work up to 20 hours per week—on-site
