Senior Systems Engineer (fully remote)

Job Summary:

Next Generation Inc Asia is seeking a full time Senior Systems Engineer to work fully remotely from anywhere in the Philippines and join our team of smart, capable and passionate developers. You will be part of a permanent and growing team based out of Manila, and working together with professionals from the United States to develop and configure ERP software for numerous clients. You will be provided with a 3 month training curriculum as well as full benefits and a long term working contract.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work together with a team of developers based in the US to develop and configure ERP software.
• Work with SAP workforce software on an entry level.
• Provide technical and functional services (this role is not client facing).
• Participate in the analysis and review of project requirements
• Participate in the design and development of technical solutions based on specific business cases
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Implement database technologies and disciplines

Job Requirements:

• Educational background in computer science or related experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Java
• Programming and/or scripting experience
• Working knowledge of Excel formulas
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to problem solve and think out of the box.
• Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated.
