Preferred Qualifications: BE/BTec

 2+ year of experience

•HR Systems Experience

•Advanced technical knowledge of Workday, Taleo.

•Added advantage if knowledge of Success Factors (SAP), HR Systems Integrations, SF Service Cloud, Boomi, People fluent and other HR Applications.

•Basic understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies

•Working knowledge for defining technical system requirements

•Working knowledge of business process redesign principles, tools and techniques

•Must be flexible to work with global teams and stakeholders across time zones

•Excellent communication skills

•"Winning Together" mindset, consistently put org goals ahead of individual aspirations

TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

•Understands relevant technology applications in their area
