Who you are

• You're passionate about innovation and its potential to solve humanity's hardest and most important problems, especially in healthcare

• You’re insatiably curious about how the world works

• You take a first-principles approach to problem solving

• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, aligned with MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) principles

• You balance thorough reflection with a bias to action — you think deeply and operate at pace

Desirable

• You have experience in HealthTech or Life Sciences organisations, particularly with SaMD and AIaMD (Software/AI as a Medical Device)

• You have experience of highly regulated industries

Compensation (from employer):
Role dependent £50K – £110K • Offers Equity
