Provides principle administrative support to the team. Performs varied administrative duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Vocational or other post-high school training.
Training and Experience: One (1) year experience working with word processing software, and applying software functions to prepare documents.
General Skills: Must possess strong proof reading and editing skills
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the site.
- Manage all administrative tasks.
- Ensure deliverable timelines are met.
- Maintain CTI publications account, maintain and cross-referencing the publications and forms required by government.
- Assist courseware team in production and distribution of instructor and student courseware material..
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLITY
None
Hourly pay is $39.46 plus health and welfare.
