Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of scalable applications using Strapi4, NestJS, NextJS & PostgreSQL
Drive architecture, design decisions, and code reviews
Collaborate with product and UI/UX to deliver high-quality releases
Optimize APIs, database queries, and app performance
Mentor development team and ensure smooth sprint execution
Oversee deployments and CI/CD processes
Ensure system reliability and troubleshoot production issues
Required Skills & Experience:
Deep knowledge of NestJS architecture
Strong frontend experience with NextJS + Material UI
Solid PostgreSQL experience (schema design, query tuning)
Strong hands-on experience with Strapi v4
Experience in REST/GraphQL APIs
CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud familiarity
Ability to lead technical design discussions
Nice to Have:
Docker/Kubernetes
AWS/Azure/GCP deployments
Microservices architecture experience
Reusable UI component development
