Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with service providers and automotive professionals to ensure timely assistance and resolution of issues.
• Document all customer interactions and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the services offered by WHEELZY and stay current with industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive assistance, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in using computer software for documentation and communication.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
• Valid driver’s license; knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics is a plus.
