Job Purpose

  • Manage projects related to semiconductor technology set up and manufacturing in foundries

 Job Responsibilities,

  • Manage projects on a wide range of technologies with key Chinese foundries on key technical aspects such Power Discrete or BCD related.
  • Manage the relationship with internal customers (product division, product engineering, design team, etc…)
  • Drive the foundry team toward yield, quality and reliability improvement according to ST procedure, with  Zero defect approach
  • Monitor supplier activity performance through SPC process control, process changes, nonconformity management, scorecard, etc
  • Manage crisis/excursions in foundries and prevent reoccurrence through 8D management.
  • Set up and/or qualify new technology/process in foundries.

The function requires

  • 5 years of experience in front end fab manufacturing preferably in Process Integration/Device Engineering (knowledge in BCD technology R&D  is a plus)
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in relevant Engineering discipline from an accredited university
  • High autonomy in acting with excellent communication and team work skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work in cross functional and multi-cultural environment
  • To travel to visit foundries abroad on a regular basis
