The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis and management of a wide range of hematological disorders, including malignant and non-malignant blood conditions, within a multidisciplinary, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage complex hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, anemia, coagulation disorders, and bone marrow disorders.
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient hematology consultations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with oncology, pathology, radiology, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform and interpret hematological investigations, including bone marrow evaluations and specialized laboratory assessments.
- Manage hematological emergencies and complications related to treatment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical case discussions.
- Provide evidence-based care in accordance with international clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety standards.
- Participate in clinical research, audits, teaching, and continuing medical education.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD/MBBS or equivalent).
Completion of specialist training in Hematology.
Western-recognized specialist qualification (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or equivalent).
Examples include:
- UK CCT in Hematology
- American Board Certification in Hematology
- FRACP (Clinical Haematology)
- Equivalent recognized qualifications.
Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialty Consultant experience preferred.
Strong expertise in managing complex hematological conditions.
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
