Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Quality & Digital Support

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung und Pflege von Power-Automate-Workflows
• Gestaltung von Dateneingabeformularen und Benutzeroberflächen in Power Automate
• Administration und Optimierung von SharePoint-Seiten
• Unterstützung der Dokumentenlenkung gemäß IATF 16949
• Unterstützung bei Datenerfassung, -analyse und Berichterstattung
• Erstellung und Aktualisierung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentationen
• Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse
• Erstellung von Präsentationen und Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

• Immatrikulierte/r Studierende/r der Ingenieurswissenschaften oder Informatik
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbes. Access, Excel, VBA Programmierung, PowerBI, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
• Selbständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Engagement
• Flexibel, gute Auffassungsgabe
• Präsentationskenntnisse (Methodik und Didaktik) wünschenswert
• Verfügbarkeit an 2-3 Tagen/Woche
