About the Role:

We are having an exclusive AID (Architects & Interior Designers) role to build a thriving ecosystem of design professionals. As the Business Development Manager - AID Program, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing key relationships with AID professionals. Your success will be defined by program activation, sales contribution via AID partners, engagement metrics, and relationship depth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, architect/design firm engagement, or premium interior product sales.

- Strong network or working knowledge of the interior design/architecture community.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills both in-person and digital.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts with a consultative approach and solution-selling mindset.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking, and territory planning.

- Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of interior design workflows is a big plus.
