Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Welders to join our team on 1st shift. Candidates must have prior welding experience and be comfortable working with a variety of materials and welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks based on blueprints and specifications
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Maintain welding tools and equipment
• Follow all safety standards and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Prior welding experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
