Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Node.js Developer to lead the development of scalable, web-based applications. You will work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design robust solutions that are high-performing and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.

• Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Integrate and manage AWS services for cloud-based deployment.

• Apply OAuth and other security protocols to safeguard APIs.

• Create and optimize serverless functions and event-driven systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.

• Conduct performance tuning and optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js.

• Proven experience designing microservices and robust API frameworks.

• Strong understanding of OAuth, token-based authentication, and security best practices.

• Hands-on experience with AWS components (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

• Knowledge of serverless architectures and event-driven patterns.

• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and scalability concepts.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
