职责：
负责设计、开发和维护业务系统，保证系统的合理性、可靠性、安全性
负责区块链应用层业务服务开发（包括web3钱包、staking和defi协议等）
团队内有效协作，积极参与技术架构和解决方案的塑造，不断更新和学习新技术，追求新兴技术
推动团队内引入创新技术和解决方案，以创新思维解决问题
要求：
本科及以上学历
3年或以上Golang/NodeJS开发经验，具有扎实的计算机科学基础
熟悉 MySQL 、Redis 、MQ 等主流中间件，熟悉MySQL性能调优
熟悉主流的开发框架，有分布式、高并发、高可用系统设计经验者优先
对技术充满热情，对代码质量和开发标准有严格要求，具有团队内有效的沟通和协作能力
逻辑思维能力强，优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，责任心强
有区块链平台产品开发经验，熟悉比特币、以太坊等，或了解MakerDao、Uniswap、Compound、GMX等一个或多个主流DeFi项目
对区块链行业有较高的敏感度，能紧跟行业热点，带领团队追逐区块链行业热点，推动新产品落地
