สรุปงานโดยย่อ**

รับผิดชอบในการบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม Wealth Banking (WB) เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจของธนาคาร

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก**

* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า WB ทั้งรายใหม่และรายเก่า
* นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า เช่น ผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุน ประกัน และสินเชื่อ
* ให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงิน
* วิเคราะห์ความต้องการและความเสี่ยงของลูกค้า เพื่อจัดพอร์ตการลงทุนที่เหมาะสม
* ดำเนินการตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนที่ธนาคารกำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด
* ติดตามและรายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
* เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาทักษะอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้และความสามารถ

คุณสมบัติ**

* ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน การธนาคาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในธุรกิจธนาคาร หรืองานด้านการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มลูกค้า Wealth Banking จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินต่างๆ เป็นอย่างดี
* มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าได้
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (Single License) หรือใบอนุญาตอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ถ้ามี)
* สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทั้งการพูด อ่าน และเขียน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
