สรุปงานโดยย่อ:**

บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า Wealth Banking (WB) เพื่อเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งทางการตลาดและสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้า รวมถึงการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า

ความรับผิดชอบ:**

* บริหารจัดการและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม Wealth Banking เพื่อสร้างความไว้วางใจและความภักดีในระยะยาว
* วิเคราะห์ความต้องการและความเหมาะสมของลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น เงินฝาก, กองทุนรวม, ประกัน และผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุนอื่นๆ
* ให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาด้านการลงทุนและการวางแผนทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
* ติดตามและประเมินผลการลงทุนของลูกค้า เพื่อปรับกลยุทธ์ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและความเสี่ยงที่ลูกค้ายอมรับได้
* สร้างและรักษาฐานลูกค้าใหม่ รวมถึงการเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
* รายงานผลการดำเนินงานและกิจกรรมการขายตามที่กำหนด
* ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและนโยบายของธนาคาร รวมถึงข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

คุณสมบัติ:**

* ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า Wealth Banking หรือ Private Banking อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย (เงินฝาก, กองทุนรวม, ตราสารหนี้, ประกัน, หุ้น) เป็นอย่างดี
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีเยี่ยม และมีทักษะในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
* มีความมุ่งมั่นในการสร้างผลงานและบรรลุเป้าหมาย
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารจัดการเวลาได้ดี
* สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
