As a Watersports Guide at Villa Haven, you will assist in the daily operations of the water-sports center, helping to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. This role requires a passion for water-sports, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Minimum two years of experience in the watersports field (preferred).
• Strong interest in watersports and outdoor activities.
• Certifications:
  • Certificate-3 in Aquatic Recreation Program (Villa College)
  • VDWS Watersports Assistant Certificate
  • VDWS Basic Windsurfing License
  • VDWS Basic Catamaran Sailing License
  • SLSA Surf Rescue Certificate
  • Emergency First Response (EFR) Certificate
• General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level).
• Ability to handle motorized vessels.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures related to watersports.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
