Responsibilities

• Assist with paperwork and documentation
• Process shipping and receiving records
• Coordinate truck deliveries and notifications
• Schedule and organize shipments
• Support daily administrative operations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure organized workflows

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Operate a forklift
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
