About the Role

As a Team Lead – Inbound Operations at JD Logistics, you will oversee the efficient receiving, unloading, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments. You will manage a team to ensure the inbound process runs smoothly, meeting company standards for accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate receiving of all shipments.

• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and other teams to ensure smooth inbound flow.

• Ensure the proper inspection and quality control of incoming goods.

• Train and mentor inbound personnel to ensure high operational standards.

• Collaborate with inventory and outbound teams to maintain efficient stock management and movement.

• Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in inbound operations.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inbound logistics processes.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
