Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, storing and distributing goods. 

• Ensure the timely receipt of incoming shipments, verifying the quantities and quality of goods. 

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the warehouse and O&M team

• Report  to the procurement officer in monitoring the performance of the department. 

• Prepare regular inventory reports and analyses for management review

• Organize and maintain inventory levels, conducting the regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. 

• Maintain the safety and tidiness of the warehouse 

• Identify the areas for improvement and implement the initiative to enhance the warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Diploma in Warehouse/Supply Chain/Logistics or any other business-related disciplines

• At least 3 years of Warehouse experience

• Candidates are proficient in Google applications or Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Fair communication skill in English and Mandarin

• Short Notice / Immediate availability is preferable
