DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make sure that all delivery orders are integrate in the system and clear the purchase order
- Make detailed packing list
- Provide sales invoices for all deliveries
- Prepare finished goods report on floor
- Generate monthly report for FG
- Monitor labors for packing and proper pallet labels for delivery
- Maintain personal hygiene as per site standards
- Responsible for the quality of material produced
- Ensure compliance to food safety and HACCP requirements
- Make sure work is carried out in a safely manner
- Support Asst. Dispatch Manager in managing the department.
- Communicating to immediate manager for work & related issues.
AUTHORITIES:
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Determine staffing levels and assign workload
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
