Warehouse Specialist - PDX

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

（Shift starts at 8:00 PM (hybrid schedule with partial remote work flexibility based on operational needs）

**Key Responsibilities:*

• Assist daily operations including dispatch parcel and assign tasks to DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Support fleet operations, task distribution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
