Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against delivery documents.
Check goods for damage, discrepancies, labelling accuracy, and documentation completeness.
Label, sort, move, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Update inventory movement and warehouse transaction records in WMS or related systems where required.
Coordinate with inventory control, quality control, and warehouse teams on inbound issues or discrepancies.
Outbound Operations
Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment according to operational instructions.
Pack goods securely in line with shipping, handling, and customer requirements.
Verify shipment accuracy before dispatch, including item, quantity, label, and documentation checks.
Support loading, dispatch, and handover activities for outbound shipments.
Coordinate with operations, transport, and warehouse teams to support timely outbound processing.
General Warehouse Duties
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, storage discipline, and safe working conditions.
Operate warehouse tools and equipment safely where trained and authorised.
Operate forklift / MHE only where properly licensed and authorised.
Follow workplace safety procedures, warehouse SOPs, and company policies.
Support inventory counts, cycle counts, stock checks, and basic discrepancy follow-up.
Report operational issues, damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, or service risks to the Operations Lead / Operations Supervisor.
Support productivity, accuracy, and workflow improvement initiatives where required.
