About the role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Team, and play a key role in ensuring our customers orders are picked, packed and loaded accurately, on time and delivered in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

    • Responsible for ensuring stock takes are accurate and the onsite warehouse is tidy and orderly
    • Picking, packing and actioning orders and ensure that all orders are dispatched correctly and on time
    • Ensure that stock is stored in a safe and secure manor and supports with replenishment when needed
    • Effective Incident Management - manage, prioritise and respond promptly and effectively to assigned Tickets - Managing assigned tasks, incidents, changes, project tasks and activities through to satisfactory conclusion according to SLA targets and in conjunction with the Service Desk team and IT Development teams
    • Support, set up and testing of equipment and devices
    • Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock
    • Effective escalation and communication to Management when required and appropriate
    • Liaise with 3rd party systems and service providers
    • Provide updates/ reports to Management
    • Answering telephone and email queries.
    • Loads delivery vehicles
    • Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

Skills and experience

    • Experience in a Warehouse Environment
    • Experience in Working in a Team environment
    • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Experience in an IT based Environment preferred but not essential
    • Hold a full and current driving license.
    • A FLT license would be advantageous
