Our Supply Chain team is committed to providing excellent service to our customers by accurately and efficiently processing orders, returns, and shipments. Strong communication skills, especially through devices such as radios, and the ability to remain flexible throughout the workday is a must. The warehouse operations technician role will assist with clearing jams from overhead conveyer, resetting equipment, cleaning overheard photos eye; while using a variation of ladders. 

Day-in-the-Life: 

• Use jam pole equipment to clear jams from the overhead conveyor while wearing proper PPE (hard hats, gloves, goggles) 
• Frequently climb ladders to clear jams and maintain building flow 
• Communicate errors and request assistance from leaders, maintenance teams, and other departments 
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following 5S standards and housekeeping protocols 
• Work independently on an elevated platform to remove obstructions and troubleshoot product and pouch movement 
• Support warehouse operations by auditing, processing, assembling, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently 
• Rotate job assignments within the department and building as needed 
• Handle materials through repetitive bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs 
• Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required 
• Follow best practices and standard operating procedures, continuously looking for areas of improvement and sharing ideas with leadership

• The ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, climb ladders/stairs, and lift 50 lb boxes with ease 
• Comfort working in elevated, confined spaces and climbing straight ladders up to 15 feet 
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
