Warehouse Operations Manager

Responsible for the production, safety and efficiency of warehouse operations. Oversee the processes of receiving, storing, inventorying, pulling, packing as well as tracking and monitoring shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in the warehouse. Contributes to the goals of operational and service excellence in the warehouse operations. 

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory control
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with customer SLAs
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., productivity, accuracy, turnaround time) and implement improvements
• Act as the key point of contact for 3PL clients
• Manage client expectations, service performance, and issue resolution
• Conduct regular service review meetings with customers
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse and custom service staff
• Plan manpower allocation and optimize workforce productivity
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage warehouse operating budget and control costs
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work in warehouse conditions

• Willingness to travel to offsite locations, including shipyards, ports, and customer premises

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage large teams

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced operational environment

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including handling clients and vendors

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to track and improve operational KPIs

• Hands-on, with a willingness to be on the ground and support operations when required

• Good understanding of safety practices and risk awareness in warehouse and industrial environments

• Ability to adapt to changing operational needs, including offsite and project-based work

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse systems

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field

• ·Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a 3PL environment

• Proven experience in managing large teams and multiple clients

• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems

• Familiar with Singapore customs regulations and bonded warehouse operations (preferred)

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational and planning skills
