  • Act as the go-to partner for our Sales and Customer Service teams, ensuring our clients get exactly what they need, when they need it.

  • Take ownership of our SAP ecosystem—managing pricing, product data, and projects with precision.

  • Coordinate seamless freight solutions, making "same-day" and "overnight" delivery look easy.

  • Maintain a gold standard for compliance (EPA/Work Cover), ensuring our documentation and site standards are audit-ready and beyond reproach.

  • Supervise and mentor our Stores team, fostering a culture of leadership, FIFO accuracy, and pride in our workspace.

  • Keep our finger on the pulse of stock levels through smart cycle counts and proactive inventory management.

  • 3+ years in a senior warehouse or production role with proven supervisory experience.

  • Mandatory Forklift license + First Aid. A Cert IV in Transport & Logistics is highly regarded.

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

  • Deep knowledge of SHE, Dangerous Goods (EPA), and Hazardous Substances handling.

  • You’re a multi-tasker with an obsession for detail, specifically in inventory reconciliation and transport configurations.

  • A proactive communicator who can seamlessly pivot between back-end logistics and front-facing customer service.
