Warehouse Lead

Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and shipping.
Guide warehouse operators on daily task assignments, work priorities, and operational procedures.
Monitor task completion, productivity, accuracy, and workflow during daily operations.
Support inbound and outbound shipment processing and ensure timely execution.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse documentation.
Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and warehouse transactions.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, stock audits, and discrepancy follow-up.
Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure proper handling of goods.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, storage discipline, and safe working conditions.
Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff on SOPs, safety practices, and work instructions.
Report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and service risks to the Operations Supervisor.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, warehouse procedures, company policies, and operational SOPs.
Support productivity improvement and workflow optimisation initiatives.
Support operational continuity during peak periods or supervisor absence by coordinating assigned activities and escalating issues appropriately.
