Job description

Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores is a national retailer primarily focused on selling home appliances, hardware, tools and lawn and garden equipment. We operate through two segments - the Sears Hometown and Hardware segment and the Sears Outlet segment.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring effective movement and management of inventory between the dock, testing, cleaning, sales floor, Product Repair Services (PRS), Customer pickup and delivery. This role ensures the thorough inspection and shipping of merchandise, managing inventory flow. Must have day, evening and weekend availability to work.
