Job Summary:
Dymax Corporation is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring the smooth flow of products within the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.

  • Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment according to established procedures.

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning and documentation.

  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.

  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a plus).

  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
