Warehouse Associate

Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn.

Pay: 14.50/hour
Duration of assignment: 4-6 months contract to possible hire
Hours: Must be open to work first and second shift Monday-Friday. I am waiting to find out exactly what times.

Location: Must be flexible to work at the Suwanee location and Buford. Assisting with the shutdown of the Suwanee location and opening up the Buford location.
Requirements: You must be comfortable lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, must be comfortable standing for long periods of time, at least 1-2 years warehouse experience is preferred
Description of duties: This is not a typical warehouse pick/packing role. You need to be comfortable performing a range of warehouse duties related to the shutdown of one location and opening of another. This is a temperature controlled environment, however candidates may be going outside periodically to move pallets/boxes the duties will be more picking and packing.
