Your Role:

We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team for on-demand roles in various warehouse settings. As a Warehouse Associate, you're more than just a team member – you're the backbone of our daily operations. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Be the Action Behind Our Operations: Engage in diverse tasks such as receiving, processing, and organizing warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Quality Hero: Play a vital role in inventory controls and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Order Fulfillment Wizard: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup with precision (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Equipment Maestro: Safely operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business):

  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Comply with quality service standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, optimizing space utilization.
  • Report inventory discrepancies or damages.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive workplace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker or similar role.
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
  • Current forklift license is a plus.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
